Sleeping will be a dream at Chard on Ice. Each mattress is a plush memory foam cooling mattress and the bedding is top of the line. Bathrooms are stocked with lots of towels. And don’t worry about packing your hair dryer. Feel free to use ours!

The ocean front master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a king sized bed. The guest room has a shared ensuite and a queen size bed. The built in bunks are full over full roomy custom bunks.

If you are here to relax, please feel free to use the beautiful, private (to our building) heated pool. Cabanas are first come first serve (*when completed). Don’t miss out on the tiki bar! (Should be open by 6/12) We also offer a fully equipped fitness center on the first floor in case you are “one of those.” The donut & coffee shop, Charlie’s Donuts, is “world renowned” and not to be missed. Want to hit the beach? Use the third floor walkover and walk straight out on the first floor. Chairs are available for rental in case you don’t like to carry your own. Want to carry your own? We have two for your use in the laundry room.

Frank Brown Park is right around the corner and Gulf World is up the street. Plenty of other fun attractions for the kids! Welcome home.
